Charlestown Transfer began operations in July 1998 by leasing space and reloading forest products for Cushman Lumber Company. The facility consists of 22 acres and includes two warehouses encompassing 63,120 square feet of covered storage. Charlestown has two rail spurs, one servicing the warehouse, and the second servicing the lower yard. The facility can handle both boxcars and center-beam flatcars.

EW LARSON RELOAD – NORTH BILLERICA, MA
Larson Reload is a multi-product transload center located at Pan Am’s headquarters location at Iron Horse Park in North Billerica, MA. Larson operates a fleet of flatbed trailers and can perform delivery across the region. As a flatbed operator they specialize in open top loads like steel and lumber. They also have a dock that can accommodate boxcars. Indoor space is provided as well for panel products.

Tighe Logistics Group is a 150-year old, full service, third party logistics company headquartered in Woburn, MA. They provide asset based warehousing, transportation and value added services. Tighe operates three facilities on Pan Am in Massachusetts:
